• Precise Location Data: AlertNet collects real-time GPS location coordinates exclusively during active emergency alert triggers or background geofencing monitoring to notify members of your response network.
• Device & Usage Data: Unique device IDs (FCM tokens), mobile operating system, and diagnostic logs required for reliable push notification delivery.

2. Use of Data

AlertNet uses the collected data for the following essential purposes:

• To broadcast instant panic alerts and emergency signals to your designated network members.
• To render active responder locations on the Tactical Live Map during security events.
• To send real-time high-priority push notifications and emergency alerts to your device.
• To monitor system integrity, prevent unauthorized usage, and provide customer support.

3. Data Storage & Service Providers

Your data is processed and stored securely using enterprise-grade encrypted cloud infrastructure and secure authentication services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or location data to third parties.

4. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly inside the Application under Settings > Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request via email to [email protected].

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 without parental or group administrator supervision.
