By accessing or using AlertNet, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use AlertNet if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this Application and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to AlertNet. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
Unless otherwise stated, AlertNet and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, brand elements, and software in AlertNet. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from AlertNet for your own personal and team security use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

AlertNet provides tactical coordination and panic alert tools. Users agree not to misuse emergency signal features, transmit false panic alarms maliciously, or engage in unlawful activities within the platform. AlertNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these operational guidelines.
Payments for premium features, team memberships, or subscriptions are managed directly via Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Subscription cancellations must be managed through your mobile app store account settings:
Deleting the application or deleting your AlertNet account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. You must cancel it directly in the respective store.
AlertNet is a supplemental communications tool designed for real-time team and personal alert coordination. AlertNet is not a direct replacement for official national emergency response services (such as 911 / local emergency authorities). Always contact official local emergency services in life-threatening situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlertNet and its operators shall not be held liable for network delays, telecom interruptions, GPS accuracy limitations, or third-party device power states affecting alert delivery.
